Para efectos del presente Decreto, se entiende por sede, la edificación en la cual tengan su despacho los Ministros, Jefes de Departamento Administrativo, Superintendentes, Gerentes, Presidentes, o Directores de los Establecimientos Públicos, Empresas Industriales y Comerciales del Estado, Sociedades de Economía Mixta, y entidades públicas especiales.
