Mediante el contrato de vinculación, el propietario o el tenedor de un vehículo, lo sujeta a la prestación del servicio público de transporte, a través de una empresa habilitada. La vinculación puede acreditarse con equipo por arrendamiento, por administración o por afiliación. Los vehículos que sean de propiedad de la empresa habilitada, se entenderán vinculados a la misma, sin que para ello sea necesario la celebración del contrato de vinculación.
