Las tierras que se adquieran para programas de reforma agraria bajo cualquiera de las modalidades previstas en esta Ley, se destinarán a establecer Unidades Agrícolas Familiares o cualquier otro tipo asociativo de producción. Las que se adquieran para la constitución, ampliación y reestructuración de resguardos indígenas, se regirán por lo establecido en el capítulo correspondiente de la presente ley.
