º. Vigencia. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica en lo pertinente, los artículos 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 y 19 del Decreto 2119 de 1992, el Decreto 28 de 1995 y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
