Las licencias ambientales de que trata el artículo 8º del Decreto 1753 de 1994, que a la fecha de expedición del presente decreto se encuentren en trámite, podrán continuar el mismo ante la autoridad de conocimiento o ser trasladada a petición del solicitante de la licencia, a la autoridad competente determinada en este decreto.
