LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.1.1.7.6. Capitanes de Altura, categoría “B” con Funciones de Oficiales de Puente de Altura de 1ª clase, Categoría “A”. En cuanto a los Capitanes de Altura, Categoría “B”, que acrediten un mínimo de un (1) año como Capitán de buque de navegación oceánica de más de 1.200 T.A.B., podrán desempeñase como Oficiales de Puente de Altura de 1ª Clase, Categoría “A”, para lo cual deberán obtener previamente la correspondiente certificación de esta facultad por parte del Director General Marítimo, en su Licencia de Navegación, Clase “B”.
