Aclárase la facultad del Decreto 1938 del 5 de agosto de 1994, por el cual se reglamenta el Plan de Beneficios en el Sistema Nacional de Seguridad Social en Salud, de acuerdo con las recomendaciones del Consejo Nacional de Seguridad Social en Salud, contenidas en el Acuerdo número 008 de 1994, en el sentido de que este acto administrativo reglamenta los artículos 162, 163, 164 y 175

Parágrafo 2

del 166, 167, 168, 169, 206 y 207 de la Ley 100 de 1993.
