A partir del 1°de enero de 1985, los docentes de tiempo completo y de tiempo parcial vinculados a la Universidad, antes de la fecha de expedición del Decreto-ley 455 de 1984 que no esten en carrera, tendrán derecho, mientras se encuentren en tal situación, a la remuneración que venían devengando a 31 de diciembre de 1984 incrementada en un siete por ciento (7%).
