La falta de cumplimiento por parte de las oficinas telegráficas o de los Alcaldes de la obligación que les impone el presente Decreto, será castigada con una multa de $10 a $50, que impondrá el Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos o la Gobernación del respectivo Departamento, según el caso. Comuníquese y publíquese.
