° La Economista Esperanza Ibáñéz de Rojas, queda obligada por medio de un contrato y de conformidad con las normas legales vigentes a prestar sus servicios al Gobierno Nacional, una vez regrese al país, en el cargo de que es titular o en otro de igual o superior categoría, por un tiempo igual al doble de la comisión que se confiere por medio del presente Decreto.
