º. Oposiciones. En el evento que un tercero se oponga al registro de la Reserva Natural de la Sociedad Civil, alegando derecho de dominio o posesión sobre el respectivo inmueble, se suspenderá dicho trámite o el registro otorgado, hasta tanto la autoridad competente resuelva el conflicto mediante providencia definitiva, debidamente ejecutoriada.
