Toda empresa industrial de la que se refiere la presente Ley que pretenda gozar de los beneficios en ella establecidos, enviará una documentación completa al Ministerio correspondiente para que con vista de ella decida si la exención o rebaja puede decretarse de conformidad con los términos de esta Ley, o si ella no es posible, por no encontrarse dentro de sus disposiciones.
