El que reciba o haga dar o prometer para si o para un tercero, dinero u otro provecho indebido, con el fin de obtener favor de la autoridad que esté conociendo de algún asunto, o de un testigo, perito o intérprete, invocando las influencias reales o simuladas que ante ellos pueda desarrollar, incurrirá en arresto de quince días a un año y multa de cincuenta a tres mil pesos, CAPITULO IV Del encubrimiento.
