El lugar de residencia del Comisario Judicial especial será el caserío de Florencia, cabecera del Corregimiento de Orteguasa; pero dicho empleado deberá trasladarse á cualquier punto del territorio de su jurisdicción, cuando así lo exija el desempeño de sus funciones.
