Cuando el Gobierno decrete la fundación de una nueva Cámara Nacional de Comercio, la convocación de la asamblea de comerciantes e industriales la hará el Ministerio por medio de la primera autoridad política del lugar de la fundación, y se procederá de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto.
