Servicios médico-asistenciales para la familia del fallecido. La familia del personal del nivel ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional que fallezca en actividad, tendrá derecho a que el Gobierno a través del Instituto para la Seguridad Social y Bienestar de la Policía Nacional, le suministre dentro del país, asistencia médica, quirúrgica, y odontológica, servicios hospitalarios y farmacéuticos, mientras disfruten de pensión, en los términos previstos en el presente Decreto. El derecho a los servicios médico-asistenciales se perderá por parte del cónyuge o compañero permanente, cuando éste contraiga vínculo matrimonial o unión marital de hecho.
