° . Si surgiere alguna duda sobre el derecho de dominio de los bienes cuya entrega haya sido autorizada por el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, el Administrador Fiduciario se abstendrá de hacerla, mientras la justicia ordinaria no dé, sobre el particular, su fallo definitivo.
