Régimen presupuestal . El manejo de los recursos presupuestases de la Superintendencia se sujetará a lo establecido para los establecimientos públicos en las Normas Orgánicas del Presupuesto General de la Nación. Los recursos necesarios para cubrir los gastos que ocasione el funcionamiento de la Superintendencia de Sociedades, se proveerán mediante contribución a cargo de las sociedades sometidas a su vigilancia o control, en los términos establecidos en el artículo 88 de la Ley 222 de 1995.
