Los bienes que conforman el denominado Museo Histórico del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad (DAS) en proceso de supresión serán trasferidos al Ministerio de Defensa Nacional - Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares-, para su administración, conservación y custodia, conforme al protocolo y acta de transferencia que suscriban el Director del DAS en proceso de supresión y el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.
