Ley 47 de 1988 · Por la cual la Nación se asocia a la conmemoración de los 80 años de fundación y existencia del Colegio Nacional Liceo Celedón, rinde homenaje a sus fundadores y se dictan otras disposiciones.

De conformidad con los numerales 11 y 17 del artículo 76 de la Constitución Nacional, autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para planificar y desarrollar las siguientes obras de utilidad pública y de interés social:

Adquisición de terreno y construcción de la nueva Sede del Colegio Liceo Celedón donde funcionarán los diferentes grados de estudios correspondientes a las diversas modalidades de bachillerato con sus laboratorios, aulas de clases, aula máxima, instalaciones de bienestar estudiantil, locales para residencia de docentes, canchas deportivas, oficinas administrativas y demás instalaciones del Colegio.
