Consejos Subregionales de Rehabilitación. Podrán constituirse Consejos Subregionales de Rehabilitación, conformados por la reunión de varios Consejos Municipales de Rehabilitación, en aquellos sitios donde se haya integrado una Asociación de Municipios o donde por las características políticas, económicas y socio-culturales de la zona, se justifique a juicio del delegado departamental del PNR, previa concertación con los Concejos Municipales y los Gobernadores respectivos.
