El Superintendente del Subsidio Familiar comunicará al Consejo Directivo, representante legal o revisor fiscal de la respectiva entidad la imposición de las sanciones tratadas en el artículo precedente. Igualmente, solicitará a los órganos competentes de la respectiva entidad, la adopción de las medidas que fueren oportunas para subsanar los hechos que han dado lugar a la imposición de la sanción.
