Art. 4°. La Litografía Nacional continuará rigiéndose, mientras no se disponga otra cosa, con arreglo al Decreto ejecutivo número 736 de 1901, en todo lo que no se oponga á lo dispuesto en el presente y á los demás preceptos legales ó ejecutivos que se hayan expedido posteriormente.
