Dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la entrega del escrito de acusación al que se refiere el artículo anterior, el fiscal deberá presentarlo ante el juez que de conformidad con el artículo 52 designe el Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, quien adelantará la audiencia de verificación de sujeción y sentencia.
