La sanción consistente en la suspensión en el ejercicio de la medicina es susceptible del recurso de reposición para ante el Tribunal que la impuso, dentro de los quince días hábiles siguientes a la fecha de su notificación, o del de apelación para ante el Tribunal Nacional de Etica Médica, dentro del mismo término.
