Devolución De La Solicitud

Devolución de la solicitud. La Unidad para la Atención y Reparación Integral a las Víctimas verificará los requisitos mínimos de la solicitud de inscripción en el RUV, y en caso de evidenciar la ausencia de información o el incorrecto diligenciamiento del FUD, este será devuelto a la oficina de Ministerio Público que lo hubiera diligenciado. Para subsanar las inconsistencias, se contará con diez (10) días hábiles posteriores a la devolución, para que se remita la solicitud ajustada. Asimismo, se realizará seguimiento y reiteración de las solicitudes de inscripción que no sean enviadas en el término dispuesto en el artículo 2.2.2.3.8 del Decreto número 1084 de 2015.
