° Aparte de la nulidad que establece el artículo 5° las contravenciones a este Decreto serán sancionadas con multas de cinco a cinco mil pesos ($ 5.00 a $ 5.000) que impondrán los Alcaldes mediante denuncio de las Juntas y de acuerdo con el procedimiento señalado en el Decreto número 887 de 1946.
