Como tributo de la República por tan fausto acontecimiento, destinase del Presupuesto vigente la cantidad de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50,000), que se dedicará, por iguales partes, al Hospital y al Asilo de Manizales, suma que se entregará, mediante los requisitos legales, a los encargados de la dirección de dichos establecimientos de beneficencia, para su correcta inversión.
