LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 1º. La explotación de metales preciosos (oro, plata y platino) por parte de los titulares de reconocimiento de propiedad privada inscritos en el Registro Minero Nacional, pagarán el 0.4% de regalías sobre el valor de la producción calculado o medido en boca o borde de mina.
