000) moneda corriente para las obras de defensa de la población de Cáqueza, aconsejadas como indispensables y urgentes por los Geólogos oficiales, y que dicho Municipio está ejecutando.

La expresada suma será entregada a una Junta compuesta por el Alcalde, el Cura Párroco y el Presidente del Concejo del citado Municipio de Cáqueza. Esta Junta funcionará ad honorem y tendrá como Tesorero el del Municipio, quien deberá rendir cuenta pormenorizada de las respectivas inversiones a la Contraloría General de la República.
