Prórroga

Decreto 877 de 2013 · por el cual se prorroga el plazo de liquidación de la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social Cajanal EICE en Liquidación y se dictan otras disposiciones.

°. Prórroga . Prorrogar hasta el día once (11) de junio de 2013, el plazo dispuesto para la liquidación de la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social Cajanal EICE en Liquidación, establecido en el artículo 1° del Decreto número 2196 de 2009, prorrogado mediante el artículo 1° de los Decretos números 2040 de 2011, 1229 y 2776 de 2012.

Parágrafo

En el evento que las actividades que sustentan la prórroga establecida en el artículo 1° del presente decreto, puedan concluirse antes del término señalado, el liquidador procederá al cierre inmediato de la liquidación.
