º El artículo 14 del Decreto 599 de 1991, quedará así: "En las soluciones de vivienda obtenidas por procesos de mejoramiento y habilitación de vivienda y habilitación legal de títulos, la cuantía del subsidio se determinará por proyecto, sin exceder el setenta y cinco por ciento (75%) del costo de los mismos y sin superar el monto máximo de doscientos diez (210) UPAC " .
