VALIDEZ DEL CURSO. Los cursos que los Oficiales o Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional realicen en el exterior, cuya duración sea igual o superior a la exigida en el país, no servirán en ningún caso para cumplir requisito de ascenso, salvo lo dispuesto en el inciso segundo del artículo 18.
