° El personal subalterno del Tribunal Superior de Aduanas tendrá las asignaciones que fije el Gobierno Nacional de conformidad con el Decreto número 349 de diciembre 10 de 1957, y dichas asignaciones serán de cargo del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
