Art. 15. Las Bandas y la Escuela militar de Música residentes en el Distrito Capital continuarán organizadas de la manera que prescribe el Decreto número 362 de 1905, quedando á cargo del Jefe de Estado Mayor general las atribuciones y deberes que el citado Decreto adscribió á la Comandancia general de la 1. a División.

Parágrafo

Las libranzas ó vales por sueldos y raciones de las Bandas, útiles de escritorio y sueldo del compositor, se harán por el Habilitado del Cuerpo á que dichas Bandas estén subordinadas; y el Instructor Jefe, el Pasante Secretario y el Profesor de instrumentos de madera de la Escuela militar serán dados de alta en el Estado Mayor general, para efectos fiscales.
