Son Funciones De La Junta Directiva: A) Dirigir La Orientación General Del Fondo, Y Aprobar Los Proyectos De Los Servicios Que Se Han De Establecer; B) Fijar La Política De Inversión, Crédito Y Pagos Del Fondo; C) Dar Su Aprobación A Todo Negocio Del Fondo Rotatorio, Cuya Cuantía Así Lo Exija; D) Estudiar Mensual, Semestral Y Anualmente El Balance Del Fondo, Y Aprobarlo Si Fuere El Caso; E) Elegir Gerente, Y Fijar Su Asignación; F) Aprobar Los Reglamentos O Estatutos Del Fondo, Y Fijarles Sus Asignaciones; G) Estudiar Los Informes Del Gerente; H) Crear Los Cargos Que Fueren Necesarios Para El Buen Funcionamiento Del Fondo

Son funciones de la Junta Directiva
a)
Dirigir la orientación general del Fondo, y aprobar los proyectos de los servicios que se han de establecer;
b)
Fijar la política de inversión, crédito y pagos del Fondo;
c)
Dar su aprobación a todo negocio del Fondo Rotatorio, cuya cuantía así lo exija;
d)
Estudiar mensual, semestral y anualmente el balance del Fondo, y aprobarlo si fuere el caso;
e)
Elegir Gerente, y fijar su asignación;
f)
Aprobar los reglamentos o estatutos del Fondo, y fijarles sus asignaciones;
g)
Estudiar los informes del Gerente;
h)
Crear los cargos que fueren necesarios para el buen funcionamiento del Fondo.
i)
Las demás que considere necesarias para la correcta marcha del Fondo. Las determinaciones de la Junta se llamarán Acuerdos. CAPITULO V
