ARTICULO 3.8.3.12.- FUNCIONES JUNTA DIRECTIVA. Son funciones de la Junta Directiva

Elegir de entre sus miembros el Presidente y el Vicepresidente de la misma;

Expedir el reglamento de administración, de crédito y del Fondo de Perseverancia;

Elegir y remover el Gerente y los demás funcionarios del Fondo, así como fijarles su remuneración;

Presentar con el Gerente a la Asamblea de Afiliados las cuentas, balances e informes financieros;

Examinar en cualquier tiempo, directamente o por medio de una comisión de su seno, los libros y papeles del fondo;

Dictar su reglamento;

Adoptar las demás determinaciones necesarias para que el Fondo cumpla sus fines, que no estén atribuidas a otro órgano.
