La enseñanza que se de en el colegio a que se refiere la presente ley, será gratuitamente para el número de alumnos que fije el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, haciéndose la adjudicación de las respectivas becas por el sistema y con las condiciones establecidas al respecto. Pero también habrá un número de pensionados, que determinara el Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
