Art. 11. Créase un Juzgado 2.° en lo Civil en el Circuito Judicial de Manizales, en el Departamento de Antioquia.

Parágrafo

El personal y dotación del Juzgado que por este artículo se crea, serán los mismos del Juzgado 1.° en lo Civil de dicho Circuito.

Parágrafo

El Juzgado 2.° que hasta hoy ha existido en el Circuito Judicial de Manizales, y que ha concedido de lo criminal exclusivamente, se denominará en lo sucesivo Juzgado 3.°
