Si practicadas las diligencias que se estimaren conducentes en desarrollo del mecanismo de búsqueda urgente no se hallare al desaparecido, y hubiesen transcurrido cuando menos dos meses desde la iniciación del mecanismo, el funcionario judicial competente ordenará la terminación de la actuación y remitirá a la Fiscalía el informe correspondiente.
