El Gobierno procederá a abrir los créditos o hacer los traslados presupuestales necesarios para dar cumplimiento a esta Ley, y las Mesas Directivas de las Cámaras, de acuerdo con el parágrafo del artículo 208 de la Constitución, incluirán las partidas del caso en el presupuesto de funcionamiento del Congreso.
