° De acuerdo con la Ley 71 de 1909, sobre Presupuestes Nacionales, organízase la séptima Sección de Gendarmería, con el siguiente personal: Un Capitán, dos Subtenientes, diez gendarmes de primera y cuarenta de segunda.

Parágrafo

Esta Sección prestará sus servicios en la forma que determine el Ministerio de Guerra.
