El valor de los honorarios de los contratistas se fijará de acuerdo con las tarifas que, con aprobación del Gobierno, se hayan determinado por las asociaciones que tengan el carácter de cuerpo consultivo del mismo. Cuando el valor de dichos honorarios no se determine conforme a lo aquí establecido, para la adjudicación se tendrá en cuenta la propuesta económica del oferente.
