°. El artículo 10 del Decreto 3600 de 2009 quedará así: " Artículo 10. Centros de Protección de Datos de Inteligencia y Contrainteligencia (CPD) . Cada uno de los organismos de inteligencia y contrainteligencia pondrá en funcionamiento, en un término no superior a 27 meses, contados a partir de la expedición del presente decreto, su Centro de Protección de Datos de Inteligencia y Contrainteligencia (CPD) conforme a lo dispuesto en los artículos 18, 19 y 20 de la Ley 1288 del 5 de marzo de 2009 y a los parámetros que para el efecto determine la Junta de Inteligencia Conjunta".
