Vigencia del subsidio. La vigencia de los subsidios que regula el presente decreto será de doce (12) meses calendario contados a partir del primer día del mes siguiente a la fecha de asignación. La Junta Administradora del Fideicomiso, podrá estudiar los casos excepcionales en que se debe ampliar el plazo, sin superar el cincuenta por ciento (50%) del tiempo establecido.
