Diploma. Será en papel pergamino con las siguientes dimensiones: treinta y cinco (35) centímetros de largo por veinticinco (25) centímetros de ancho, tipo de letra Oíd English, con el dibujo del anverso de la medalla al lado izquierdo superior y el reverso al lado derecho superior, de fondo el escudo del Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares y en el centro la siguiente leyenda:
