Parágrafo

al artículo 4° del Decreto 2590 del 2003, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo 2

Para los efectos del artículo 97 de la Ley 489 de 1998, las inversiones del Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, en liquidación en otras empresas, conservarán la calidad de inversiones temporales de carácter financiero”.
