Son obligaciones especiales del fletante:

Obtener los permisos necesarios para la operación de la aeronave;

Aprovisionarla de combustible y demás elementos necesarios para la navegación;

Conservarla en condiciones de navegabilidad, y

Mantener la tripulación debidamente licenciada y apta para el cumplimiento del contrato, de acuerdo con los reglamentos aeronáuticos.
