Vigencia de la autorización. El acto administrativo mediante el cual se autorice la construcción, modificación o ampliación de una estación de servicio tendrá una vigencia de seis (6) meses, contados a partir de la fecha en la que quede en firme. Si transcurrido este término no se ha iniciado la construcción, modificación o ampliación, conforme con lo aprobado en los respectivos planos, la correspondiente autorización perderá su vigencia.
