Art. 11. Podrán darse en arredramiento hasta por 5 años, aquellas salinas en que no se hallen montadas la esplotación i elaboración de manera que presten facilidades para administrarlas, o en que este sistema sea perjudicial o inconveniente. Los contratos de arrendamiento se celebraran por el poder ejecutivo o por sus agentes, debidamente autorizados por él, previas las formalidades jenerales establecidas para los contratos de elaboración i esplotación.
